These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tf88 ("tf88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tf88 platform, including but not limited to the website at tf88.one, all gaming products, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support services made available to players in Pakistan.

By completing the account registration process at tf88, clicking "I Agree", or by accessing or using any part of the tf88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the tf88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, deposit funds, or use any tf88 service. Access to tf88 is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all interpretations and disputes arising from them.

To register and maintain an account with tf88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. tf88 enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Creating or attempting to use a tf88 account if you are under 18 constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity: You must be a natural person with a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent national identification document. Corporate entities, trusts, or non-natural persons may not hold tf88 accounts.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to the tf88 platform does not constitute a violation of applicable local laws. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your specific jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold any other active or suspended tf88 account. One account per person is the absolute maximum permitted.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship, or court-imposed restriction on contractual activity.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion request on tf88 or any other gambling platform. Registering a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms and applicable responsible gaming obligations.

To access the tf88 platform, you must complete the registration process at tf88.one, providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number (03xx format), date of birth, and any other required fields — is truthful and matches your official identity documents.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. You agree to notify tf88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.

• You must not share your tf88 account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your tf88 account on your behalf.
• You are financially responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify tf88 of any unauthorised access.
• tf88 will never ask for your full password or OTP via chat, email, or telephone. Any request for these credentials purportedly from tf88 should be treated as fraudulent.
• Your registered mobile number must remain current. tf88 sends security OTPs and important account notifications to this number. You are responsible for updating it if it changes.

tf88 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including during account registration, before processing withdrawals, or when account activity triggers security monitoring protocols. Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by tf88 may result in temporary account suspension pending verification.

All deposits to your tf88 account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. tf88 supports deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast (interbank), HBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards, subject to availability at the time of the deposit attempt. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the tf88 payment interface and are subject to change with notice to registered players.

All deposited funds must be from a payment source registered in your own name that matches the name on your tf88 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and potentially the account being suspended for investigation. tf88 does not accept business or corporate payment sources on personal player accounts.

tf88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via any supported payment method. However, your payment provider (mobile wallet operator or bank) may impose their own service charges, which are outside tf88's control and are the sole responsibility of the depositing player.

Withdrawals from your tf88 wallet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically feasible. tf88 applies a same-source withdrawal policy to prevent money laundering and comply with financial integrity obligations. If the original deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, tf88 will request alternative verified PKR account details from the player.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, tf88 requires identity verification. This verification involves confirming your CNIC details and, in some cases, requesting a copy of your CNIC for compliance purposes. Identity verification is a one-time process after which subsequent withdrawals proceed without additional documentation requirements under standard account conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 PKR (Easypaisa and JazzCash); 1,000 PKR (bank transfer methods).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes under normal conditions for Easypaisa and JazzCash; up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• tf88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawals exceeding 500,000 PKR per transaction.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• tf88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

tf88 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, enhanced odds, and other incentive offers to registered Pakistan players ("Promotional Offers"). Each Promotional Offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in relation to the subject matter of that offer.

Unless the specific terms of a Promotional Offer state otherwise, all bonus credits and promotional winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using real-money eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering on excluded game types or at stake levels below the specified minimum does not contribute to the wagering requirement.

• tf88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying activity under an active offer is honoured in accordance with the terms under which the player opted in.
• Bonus credits may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring bonuses between accounts, redeeming bonuses through coordinated account activity, or any other form of bonus abuse results in forfeiture of all associated bonus credits and potentially account closure.
• In the event of a system error resulting in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, tf88 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the credited amount to the correct value, regardless of whether the incorrectly credited amount has been wagered.
• tf88 monitors bonus wagering activity for signs of coordinated abuse, low-risk hedging, or systematic exploitation. Accounts identified as engaging in such activity may have bonus eligibility removed, pending balances voided, and accounts reviewed.

Each game available on the tf88 platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any PKR wager. tf88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules prior to wagering.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games in the tf88 library are sourced from certified third-party providers and use independently audited random number generation processes. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including tf88 itself. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual players or sessions.

In Play Betting markets on sports events — including cricket (HBL PSL and international matches), football, and esports — are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or match. tf88 uses officially recognised results sources for all settlement decisions. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned) and do not contribute to any accumulator requirements unless specific market rules state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tf88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of PKR balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant Pakistani authorities where conduct constitutes a criminal offence:

• Registering more than one tf88 account per person or per household for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus credits or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with the tf88 platform in a manner not available to standard human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, odds calculation errors, or any other technical defects in the tf88 platform to generate winnings that would not be available under normal platform operation.
• Money laundering — using the tf88 platform to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illicit PKR amounts rather than genuine gambling activity.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, including depositing via another person's Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, or bank account.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting across coordinated accounts, arbitrage designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Accessing or attempting to access tf88 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions, age verification, or account suspension measures.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications directed at tf88 support staff, other players in live game chat interfaces, or any other party connected with the tf88 platform.

tf88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct described in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified by tf88.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account activity that triggers tf88's anti-money laundering or fraud monitoring systems and that the player is unable to satisfactorily explain.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions of Clause 10.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to restrict access to the platform in specific jurisdictions.

On voluntary account closure or closure by tf88 following a Terms breach, any remaining verified PKR balance (after deduction of applicable voided bonus credits) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If account closure is due to confirmed fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct, tf88 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, transfer it to relevant authorities.

tf88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistan player base. All registered tf88 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at all times within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that, once set, cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Timers: Customisable on-screen reminders that notify the player of elapsed session time at defined intervals.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month, after which the platform restricts further play until the period resets.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary self-imposed account suspension for periods of 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. Account resumes automatically at the end of the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure requested by the player. Self-exclusion is irreversible. PKR balance is returned to the registered payment method. tf88 will also apply reasonable measures to prevent the self-excluded player from registering a new account.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are not a problem gambler, that you are playing for entertainment purposes, and that any PKR wagered represents discretionary funds that you can afford to lose. tf88 is not liable for any financial losses arising from a player's failure to use available responsible gaming tools, provided those tools were made available to the player in their account settings.

All content on the tf88 platform — including but not limited to the tf88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all software — is the intellectual property of tf88 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tf88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the tf88 platform — including game content, odds data, live streaming feeds, or any other proprietary material — without the express written permission of tf88. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any tf88 content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tf88's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the tf88 platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the total amount of PKR deposited by that player in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tf88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

tf88 is not liable for platform downtime, game unavailability, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including Pakistan network outages, third-party payment processor failures, force majeure events, or actions of regulatory authorities. tf88 will make reasonable efforts to restore platform availability in the event of any unplanned outage, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

tf88 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Pakistan players in connection with account registration, identity verification, and platform use. The full details of how tf88 handles your personal data — including what data is collected, how it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in relation to it — are set out in the tf88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accepting these Terms and registering a tf88 account, you consent to tf88 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of providing platform services, conducting identity verification, complying with applicable legal obligations, and communicating with you about your account and our services. tf88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tf88 will notify registered Pakistan players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account, and will publish the updated Terms at tf88.one/terms-and-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the tf88 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact tf88 support to close your account and withdraw any remaining PKR balance before the revised Terms take effect. tf88 will process such account closures within a reasonable timeframe and return any verified balance to the registered payment method.

These Terms are written in English, which is the official and governing language of the tf88 platform. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity in interpretation, the English text of these Terms shall prevail. Any translation of these Terms provided for informational purposes is non-binding.
